WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
You are an inspired and highly motivated HR professional who works closely with retail department and never misses the opportunity to promote JYSK as an employer. Your tasks will include the following:
- You provide daily HR support to Retail stores and Head Office teams
- You recruit in cooperation with retail for different retail positions
- You manage and support recruitment activities
- You ensure 100% alignment with the JYSK recruitment process
- You manage exit processes including exit interviews and exit surveys
- You work together with the HR team on HR figures and KPIs
- You support ad hoc HR projects and tasks allocated by local HR Manager and/or JYSK HR
- You participate as a trainer/facilitator in different training programs
- You are responsible for the relevant HR systems
- You work together with retail to ensure that JYSK is considered an attractive place to work
- You are involved in different employer branding tasks
- You follow up on HR concepts and procedures
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- You have a degree in HR and you have experience in a similar role preferably in a retail company for 1-2 years
- You always strive to improve your results and are quick to recover after a set back
- Planning and prioritizing in a busy day is something you are used to
- You enjoy challenges and you are extremely flexible
- You enjoy communicating with other colleagues and providing solutions
- You are able to create a positive work atmosphere
- You are able to travel both within Greece but also abroad
- You have a valid driving license
