WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

participate in the process of the opening of new stores and the re- arrangement of the existing ones
communicate with external partners and coordinate the different tasks
direct cost tracking in current and new premises
receive requests from all stores/departments regarding the premises
handle store building issues in order to ensure that JYSK standards are observed
be involved in administrative routines
proceed with techno-economic offers
ensure that legal regulations are up to date

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

a strong individual, detail oriented, who is able to work in autonomy and under pressure
a degree in Engineering or relevant degree
2 - 4 years experience in Facility management or construction will be highly appreciated
customer-first and problem-solving attitude
ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
works focused and systematic
a good tradesman who is skilled with good judgment on offers
experienced in working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
fluent in English (written & verbal)
valid driving license

The job is based in JYSK Head Office in Athens, however a quite often travelling activity (up to 50%) within Greece and abroad should be expected.
