We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant for the continuous development of one of our international markets. You will refer to a Sales Manager, who has the overall responsibility for the turnover and gross profit of the country. 💪

WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
In Sales & Expansion, our general responsibility is to ensure sales and profitability for JYSK. This means that we are responsible for surveilling the market and implementing marketing activities in the different countries. Nonetheless, Sales & Expansion also handles the pricing for all articles in all JYSK countries.
As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will play an essential role in the production of marketing materials. Furthermore, you will be given responsibility of few product areas and ensuring turnover and earnings within these product areas in your country. Crucial to this is a strong planning and organizational talent in combination with excellent writing skills to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality results. You will spend your working days communicating with colleagues both within Greece and from around the world in writing as well as verbally.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Generation of marketing material (instore signs, TV & radio spots) in our internal manuscript system, including proofreading
- Compliance with our marketing concepts and guidelines
- Translation of various texts from English into the national language
- Creation and updating of various data
- Ensuring the correct use of Greek in all marketing communication
- Price assortment and contribute to the development of the best possible assortment composition
- Prepare individual campaigns for offline channels – from article selection, campaign pricing to campaign evaluation
- Ensure that country stores get the information they need, primarily via the JYSK intranet. Communication and coordination with stores and other departments
Your tasks will have cross-departmental ties with, e.g., marketing, retail, and purchasing. Your workday will be filled with both recurring tasks and ad hoc tasks that will challenge your flexibility and time management.
You can expect 6-8 annual travelling days in relation to trainings and matrix meetings at our Danish head office as well as meetings within your head office.
You will be placed at your local Head Office in Greece.

To succeed in this role, you:
- Are detail-oriented and want to become an expert within your own tasks
- Have a keen sense of responsibility and good communication skills

- Can speak and write perfectly in both English and Greek
In addition, you:
- Have a relevant educational background – e.g. a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Business, Marketing or similar
- Are good at planning your time and meeting deadlines
- Have an analytical and structured approach to your tasks
- Have a proactive approach to problem solving
- Have good skills in Excel
